       Eagle Lake is proudly the #1 stop in all of Kentucky for the 127 yard sale! Whether you're looking  to shop or sell, you're sure to find your treasure at Eagle Lake.

 

     We offer outdoor pavement booths, outdoor field booths, and outdoor food vendor booths!

 

    With six on-site restaurants, huge parking, McDonalds across the street, and hundreds of vendor booths it is no wonder we are Kentucky's #1 stop for the world's longest yard-sale!

 

    Booths starting as low as $110  for up to 5  days of selling when booking an outdoor pavement booth.

 

   The official nationwide sale is 4 days but Eagle Lake offers our sale for up to 9 days for field outdoor booths and up to 5 days for outdoor pavement booths, and food vendor booths can choose to sale either on the pavement up to 5 days or in the grass field up to 9 days. We also offer an additional set-up day for all booth locations.  We work hard to  insure vendors and customers have complete exposure by offering way more days to sale then the 4 nationwide days.

 

     Vendors are welcome to stay for as few or many of the days as they would like. Stay only 1 day or stay all days, the choice is yours.

DEPOSITS CAN BE BOOKED VIA PHONE BY CREDIT CARD
 
BOOTH RENT MUST BE PAID IN CASH UPON BOOTH SET-UP

       

  • ANY BOOTH CANCELLED ON JUNE 1st 2021 OR AFTER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE REQUIRED $50 DEPOSIT OR ANY BOOTH RENT THAT HAS BEEN PAID. THIS POLICY IS IN EFFECT FOR CANCELLING FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. (THIS ALSO INCLUDES BOOTHS THAT WERE ORIGINALLY BOOKED AFTER JUNE 1ST 2021.)

 

  • $50 deposit is required to reserve your booth. The deposit is separate from your booth rent. Your deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after the sale by check if your booth is left clean OR you can choose to roll your $50 deposit to hold you a booth at the 2022 sale.

 

  • All booth rent must be paid in full prior to beginning booth set-up.

 

  • All vendor booth pricing listed below is NOT the price per day. These are the prices for the entire length of the sale. You can come and go as you please. It is the same price whether you sale 1 day or all days.

 

  • Vendor setup day for outdoor pavement vendors, and pavement food vendors will be on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021 with times to be determined. Outdoor pavement booth sales will be Wednesday, August 4th, through Sunday August 8th.

 

  • Vendor setup day for outdoor field vendors will be on Friday July 30th with times to be determined. Field vendor booth sales will be Saturday, July 31st through Sunday, August 8th 2021.

$450.00 (DOES NOT INCLUDES WATER OR ELECTRIC)

 

STANDARD FOOD VENDOR BOOTH IS 25X25 ON PAVEMENT OR 30X30 IN FIELD.

 

EXTRA FOOD VENDOR BOOTH SPACE CAN BE ADDED AT A RATE OF $100 PER 10 EXTRA FEET 

 

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AT THE FRONT OF THEIR BOOTH FOR CUSTOMERS TO UTILIZE A MINIMUM OF  TWO TRASHCANS (MIN OF 50 GALLON EACH) AT ALL TIMES

 

 

 

 

FIELD BOOTH OPTIONS:

 

30X30 BOOTH       $150

 

(No electric is available in the field, generators are welcome.)

 

-Outdoor field vendor booths can sell Saturday July 31st through Sunday August 8th-
